I had the opportunity to present this topic to a group of people living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) called the T1D Huddle. The link includes recordings of the video presentation, as well as audio access through Spotify and Apple Podcasts. The T1D Huddle meets monthly and discusses many different topics relating to those living with T1D.

The long and short of it is: managing blood glucose levels for physical activity is a big challenge. It doesn’t necessarily become easier to manage with practice but hopefully, one will get to a level of fitness that adds vitality to their life.
